• If a duplicate transaction or technical error occurs, please contact us within 7 working days.

• Verified refund requests will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

2. Event Sponsorship or Fee-Based Activities

• If an event or workshop is canceled by the Foundation, refund or credit may be offered upon request.

• Refunds are not applicable in cases of participant withdrawal or absenteeism.
